We offer a 20-day returns policy on items purchased online. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 20 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
