If you have purchased something that is faulty, even without the receipt, you still have the right to a repair, refund or replacement as under the consumer rights act. You just need to show proof of payment, such as a bank statement with the transaction on it. We can then locate your purchase on our system.
If you change your mind after your purchase, or no longer require the product we will offer you a credit note to spend within our store as long as the product is unopened and in a saleable condition.
