Customers may return unwanted items within 28 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided. Eligible returns will be refunded in accordance with our returns procedure.

If a product develops a fault within 12 months of the purchase date, we will offer either a replacement item or an exchange for a product of equivalent value, subject to inspection and verification of the fault.
