When you request a product, the shopkeeper gets a notification and checks their shelves to confirm that they have it. This usually takes just a few minutes, but sometimes can take them a little longer if the shop is busy and they're serving customers. Don't worry though - we'll send you an email as soon as they accept the order, so you know your stuff is ready and waiting for you.
Been waiting more than a few minutes? During extremely busy periods a shop may occasionally not see an order. To save you being left on the hook we'll cancel the request after 20 minutes and let you know, so you can choose to try again later or buy from another shop on NearSt. Your card will never be charged until a shop has confirmed an order and set the item aside for you.
