We offer a courier delivery service direct from our partner shops, available within London travel zones 1-3. The delivery speeds we offer are based on how far from the shop the delivery address is, and will be shown on both the product page and during checkout.

For Click & Collect orders, please only set off to collect your purchase after you have received an email or notification in the app that your order has been confirmed. This usually happens within 2-3 minutes, but can take up to 20 minutes.

NearSt works with real local shops to bring you the best products. To help you get the best from our retailers, here are a few helpful tips and things to know:

  • Real shops have real closing times. If you’ve chosen to have your order delivered, we’ll offer this up to 1 hour after the shop has closed for the night. i.e. A shop closing at 18:00 would have a final delivery window of 18:00 - 19:00 available on NearSt.
  • We’re proud to offer truly instant collection, and our shops are super-speedy at responding to orders (normally in just 2-3 minutes) but can take up to 20 minutes. To avoid disappointment, make sure you’ve received our confirmation email or app notification before setting off to collect your order!
  • After adding an item to your basket, we’ll only allow you to add other products from that shop to your basket for delivery. This helps us keep delivery costs low.
  • Make sure you’re available to sign for deliveries! All of our products are delivered by our ace network of partner couriers, who provide live-tracking so you don’t have to wait around wondering where your delivery has got to.


We offer a super-simple 14-day return policy. If what you’ve ordered isn’t what you expected and hasn’t been opened or used, just let us know and we’ll take it back.

London Collection and Delivery Options:

  1. Email our support team on  with the subject Return Request within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, which item you are returning (if there were multiple items in the order), and a return reason.
  2. Post the item back to the shop within 14 days of the Return Request. We highly recommend using a recorded delivery method, just in case anything gets lost in the post.
  3. Once the shop has received the item they’ll let us know, and we’ll refund the card used for the purchase. This typically takes 3 working days.
    1. If the item being returned is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage costs. Details will be included by our support team.

Important Note: Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of any hygiene products where the hygiene seal has been broken, perishable goods, organic goods, products that have been used, or without original packaging.
